Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
How does additional user billing work?+
Each plan includes one base user seat (the Admin). Every additional user added is billed at £5/month, prorated automatically. When you remove a user the charge is removed from the next cycle. Your current seat count is always visible in Settings > Team.
How do I cancel?+
Cancel anytime from Settings > Billing or by emailing support@daybra.in. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Is my payment information secure?+
DayBrain Volt never stores your payment details. All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant) via RevenueCat. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see them.
Do engineer profiles count as user seats?+
Only if an engineer needs to log in — for example to acknowledge toolbox talks or view their own profile. Engineers who are tracked in the system but don't need app access don't require a seat.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can reactivate without losing anything. After 90 days all company data is permanently deleted. You can request a full data export at any time by emailing support@daybra.in.
